Provides excellent customer service and ensures an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer
Processes requests to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Responds to and handles customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner, over the phone, email and in person.
Answers incoming emails and phone calls regarding part requests
Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
Source and order parts from OE Manufacturer and suppliers
Maintain detailed records of parts transactions
Organize and label parts storage areas
Coordinate with shipping/receiving department and assist internal teams
Ensure compliance with company Health & Safety policies
Qualifications and requirements

Previous Parts Specialist experience would be an asset
Ability to read parts schematics and diagrams
Excellent customer service and support (Internal and External)
ability to work under minimal supervision
Attention to detail and organized
Time management and task prioritization
