We are in search of a Parts Specialist to join our team in Fredericton, New Brunswick. This position will be responsible for sourcing aftermarket parts for the repair of pumps, blowers, valves, VFDs, flowmeters, instrumentation, chemical injection pumps and packaged engineered systems for industrial and municipal applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for responding to phone and email parts inquiries in an efficient and expeditious manner.
• Working in a collaborative manner with clients to provide innovative solutions to their aftermarket parts needs.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to external as well as internal customers.
• Work with ISL to order proper components and deliveries for internal repairs / Sansom Built products.
• Working with SCL to ensure scheduled outside service calls have components required when needed.
• Pick parts \xe2\x80\x9ckits\xe2\x80\x9d to fulfill inside and outside service requirements at least one week in advance.
• Sort and organize where picked parts \xe2\x80\x9ckits\xe2\x80\x9d are housed to facilitate a smooth transition to assigned technician.
• Identify and report unused picked \xe2\x80\x9ckits\xe2\x80\x9d to SCL and IC to ensure that components are accounted for.
• Responsive and accountable to the execution of aftermarket parts sales initiatives as directed by management.
• Responsible for updating business software applications with creation of estimates and sales orders. After receipt of order, Inventory Control orders, tracks, receives (internally) and fulfills transaction.
• Once order is fulfilled by IC, PR is responsible for documentation (photo) and shipment of goods.
• Some afterhours work may be required to respond to emergency breakdowns.
• Keep up with manufacturer training on products, online ordering interfaces, etc; as directed by BM.
