Reporting Relationship:

This position reports directly to the Parts Manager.

Job Summary:

Birchwood Toyota is looking to add a Parts Shipper/Receiver to their team!



This position requires a conscientious, energetic, and professional individual with a passion for vehicles to be responsible for shipping and receiving parts shipments to and from Toyota's wholesale customers. In addition, the Parts Shipper/Receiver will be responsible for organizing incoming orders, and maintaining parts inventory. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and understand the Parts-side of the automotive industry.

Shift Details:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime as required.

Qualifications

Automotive Parts experience is preferred, but not required Experience in shipping/receiving is considered an asset Strong time management and organizational capabilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment Clean and valid driver's license and own transportation to and from work is a must
