PJ Trailers Canada is looking for a dynamic Parts Sales Assistant to join our team in Oak Bluff, MB. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

PJ Trailers Canada is a retail and wholesale trailer company, and manufacturer of the brand True North Trailers. We operate in three provinces and sell to customers across Canada.
What You'll Do:
Promote and sell parts and accessories to customers
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, identifying their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
Maintain and update customer records to ensure accurate and current information.
Keep the showroom area organized and professional to create a welcoming environment for customers.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
Stay updated on product specifications, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and other related documents.
Work closely with other departments, such as service, logistics and manufacturing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend training sessions as required to stay informed about industry trends and enhance product knowledge.
Attending to customer inquiries, receiving and routing calls, providing directory assistance, and directing inquiries to proper departments or individuals
Facilitate invoicing and receivables
Maintaining a digital and physical file system
Periodic cash counts and inventory reconciliations
Do you fit the part?
Experience:
Experience in parts sales or a related field.
Knowledge of parts related to trailers, equipment machinery, or auto is an asset
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
Ability to collaborate with coworkers.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Education:
Secondary school diploma or provincial equivalency (preferred).
Sales certificates, business diplomas, or degrees (an asset).
A valid Class 5 driver's licence and a clean driving record.

Compensation:
$19.00-$22.00 per hour, and commission wage after probationary period
