We are currently hiring for a Parts Rep in Windsor, Ontario.
The successful candidate will score highly on our team fit matrix. The matrix is based on the following 3 criteria.
1) Customer service. Experience and skill level dealing with people in a business setting.
2) Energy and attitude. Looking for someone who offers a positive outlook with a hunger to learn and do a good job.
3) Follow through. Seeking an individual who does not quit easily or gives up quickly when faced with a challenge.
Typically, we have had success finding these attributes in people from team sports or the hospitality industry.
The hired candidate will join a busy and successful company selling and servicing heavy machinery and parts that go with the equipment. The role entails working on a parts counter performing duties such as:
-Handling phone inquiries from customers inquiring about parts
-Doing follow up calls to customers regarding orders
-Using computer system for entering, tracking orders and inventory
-Working with warehouse and other parts team members
-Creating a positive customer experience for heavy machinery parts purchasing customers

55-65k per year plus bonus depending on relevant qualifications, also company RRSP match and extended medical/dental.

Required Qualifications :
-2-3 years of parts counter sales experience is preferred (will be trained extensively regardless of experience)
-Comfort and ability to use computers
-Strong interpersonal skills, friendly outgoing personality, high energy level, positive attitude
-Post secondary education is an asset
-Experience in customer service oriented position (restaurant, hospitality, etc.)
-Legally entitled to work for any employer in Canada
