Alsport is currently seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Parts Person to join our team in Regina. As a Parts Person, you will be instrumental in supporting our parts department and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:



Customer Service:



Assist customer's in-person, over the phone, and via email with their parts inquiries and orders.

Offer expert advice and recommendations on parts selection based on customer requirements and vehicle specifications.

Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery or pickup.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Inventory Management:



Receive incoming parts shipments and verify the accuracy of orders.

Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as necessary.

Place orders for replenishment stock in a timely manner to meet customer demands.

Technical Support:



Utilize technical resources to identify and locate the correct parts for customers.

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers and service technicians.

Stay informed about product specifications, applications, and compatibility.

Administration:



Enter parts transactions accurately into the computer system.

Generate invoices, quotes, and purchase orders as required.

Maintain meticulous records of parts transactions, returns, and warranties.

Team Collaboration:



Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, service, and management, to ensure seamless operations.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to address issues and enhance processes.

Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions as needed.

Requirements:



Previous experience in a parts department or related role within the motorsport and powersport industry is highly desirable.

Thorough knowledge of motorsport and powersport vehicles, parts, and accessories.

Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including MS Office and inventory management systems.

Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
