PARTS PERSON - RED DEER (RDC)
The Parts Person is responsible for shipping and receiving duties as well as maintaining parts inventory for the Maintenance Facility.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that Trican's core value, "Safe equipment and operations" is the priority in all activities
Maintain parts inventory for oilfield heavy equipment, trucks, and various other vehicles
Ship, receive, and order parts as required by maintenance and operations
Manage and process inventory transactions and purchases for the base using Avantis
Aid in the training and development of new employees
Process paperwork in a timely manner
Issue purchase order numbers for purchased stock
Experience & Skills:
Journeyman status is an asset
Previous experience in the Parts field is required
Valid Class 5 license is required
Safe driving skills; driver's abstract will be requested
High school diploma is an asset
Inventory/procurement management systems experience is an asset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Oracle Cloud Fusion a major asset
ERP experience essential
