Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Person and or Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and procurement, with mechanical knowledge being a plus. This position is a full time position in our dynamic company with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures
- Assist in sourcing and procurement activities
- Coordinate with customers for parts and supplies
- Support demand planning activities
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain records of inventory and supplies
- Utilize Account Edge to enter work orders
Qualifications:
- Experience in supply chain management or procurement
- Journeyman parts certification an asset
- A minimum of Grade 12 High School Diploma
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Forklift certification an asset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-Must possess a valid class 5 Drivers license
