• Experience in marine parts and accessories or as a former marine technician
• Strong knowledge of marine systems, components, and parts sourcing
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
