Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Compensation:

$19-$23/hour, depending on experience

The Role

We are looking for a

Parts Person

to join our production team. This role is essential to keeping our manufacturing floor running smoothly. You'll be responsible for organizing and maintaining our parts area, preparing kits for production, and supporting flow between departments. If you enjoy staying busy, keeping things organized, and working with a supportive team, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Work with purchasing to monitor and maintain adequate parts inventory Pick and assemble parts kits for manufacturing (zippers, webbing, elastic, etc.) Cut materials to specified lengths using automated and hand-cutting tools Maintain Kanban systems and coordinate with laser operators to keep production flowing Keep the parts area organized and easy to navigate Communicate with team members to anticipate needs and support production

Who You Are

Energetic, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable standing and walking throughout the day (must be able to lift up to 35 lbs) Strong communicator with good English skills (spoken and written) Previous experience in a parts or inventory role (automotive, warehouse, manufacturing, etc.) Ideal for someone with previous experience in parts or inventory who enjoys staying organized and supporting a busy production team Familiarity with inventory management systems or Kanban is an asset, but training provided Someone who enjoys bringing order to a busy environment and helping improve systems

Eligibility

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada. We cannot support LMIA applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
