We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory, assisting customers with their parts needs, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. Wages will be dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
Locate all parts as requested by customers and/or technicians
Prepare parts invoices and credit notes for all counter sales and issues parts for all work orders
Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist in maintaining stock
Mirror match parts to ensure accuracy before repair
Organize and manage parts invoicing for proper accounting and reconciliation
Maintain clear communication with technicians and estimators on part status
Identify, label and catalogue items received
Issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use
unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials
Store items in warehouse, tool room or supply area
Process sales and refund transactions with accuracy using cash, debit and credit cards
Requirements
Strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory counts.
Proficient use of computer programs and technology.
Must be able to work on your feet up to 8 hours per day
Prior parts experience would be an asset

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
