We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parts management within a high pace environment, coupled with excellent customer service skills. This role involves sourcing, purchasing, and managing inventory to ensure that all parts are available for our operations. The Parts Person will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient supply chain processes and supporting our customers with high quality customer service.
Duties
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of parts and supplies.
Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management and order processing.
Collaborate with team in a high pace environment
Provide excellent customer services by answering phones & assisting customers with parts inquiries in a professional matter.
Able to multitask in fast pace environment
Delivering of parts and some heavy lifting may be required
Monday - Friday, plus some Saturdays
Hourly wage + commission
Qualifications
Previous parts experience is preferred but not mandatory. We will train
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Valid class 5 license and clean drivers abstract
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management is advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
