Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Mirror image parts to pictures before jobs arrive
Post invoices and file
Deliver parts to technicians
Return incorrect parts
Order parts
Follow up on credits
Post credit invoices
Go through production list daily and ensure all parts are received and given to technicians
Follow up on back ordered parts
Keep the parts room clean and organised
Skills
Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels efficiently. 1-2 years experience in the same capacity

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 80 per week
