Earn a solid income maintaining our current rental fleet and customers while building new relationships and new customers in the Greater Toronto Area, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo Region & Moncton.

Responsibilities:



Manage the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory management, including data entry for parts ordering, receiving, and stocking. Coordinate purchasing activities to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess stock. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to procure high-quality parts at competitive prices. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions for procurement. Utilize systems for effective tracking and management of parts inventory. Collaborate with service departments to ensure timely availability of parts for repairs and maintenance. Conduct demand planning to forecast future parts requirements based on historical data and market trends. Maintain a clean and organized parts area, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to parts availability.

Skills Needed:



Proven experience in a dealership environment is highly desirable. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. Proficient in purchasing processes and supply chain management principles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Knowledge of procurement practices and sourcing strategies. Familiarity with trailer and truck is advantageous. Experience in working safely in a shop or parts environment. Proficient in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for inventory tracking. Understanding of demand planning techniques to optimize inventory levels.
