AULT a company of Alta Equipment Group, is seeking a full-time Parts Manager in Moncton, NB. The main responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:
Key Roles/Responsibilities
Lead a team of CSR's and warehouse staff
Fulfilling customer orders (phone, texts, emails etc.)
Ensure Customer Service providing quick and professional assistance
Forecasting of parts inventory
Monitoring inventory levels
Pricing (sales margins)
Purchasing and inventory replenishment
Oversee warehouse operations
Special ordering
Troubleshoot machine issues, target resolve
Recruiting and training new staff
Maintain a motivated working environment
Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Monitor and adjust inventory SKU's
Maintain effective communication within Internal Departments
Required Skills
3 to 5 years experience in a similar job or related
Minimum 1 year experience with ERP systems
Minimum 1 year experience in Inventory management
Proficiency in Office Suite
Proactive and autonomous
Detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task
Fluently Bilingual in English and French (an asset)
Knowledge of Business Central software (an asset)
Experience in the construction sector (an asset)
