to join our family-owned and operated dealership. Westgate Honda is experiencing great growth in our service and parts departments and would like to offer the right person the opportunity to contribute to a team that delivers exceptional customer service. The

Parts Manager

will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Parts Department. This includes managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating with other departments to support the dealership's overall objectives. The Parts Manager will also develop and implement strategies to maximize department profitability while maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:



Oversee the daily operations of the Parts Department, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and Honda Canada policies. Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize carrying costs. Provide exceptional customer service to retail and internal customers. Address customer inquiries, complaints or concerns in a timely manner, according to the dealership's guidelines. Recruit, train and supervise the Parts Department staff. Develop and manage the department's budget. Monitor and analyze financial performance, taking corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with the Service and Sales departments to support their parts-related needs. Ensure the Parts Department complies with all company policies, procedures and safety regulations. Take orders, indicate prices, etc. by telephone, technician counter, and retail counter. Remain up-to-date on all automotive product knowledge, manufacturer updates, bulletins and recalls, and technical knowledge. Other duties as assigned.

Successful Candidates:



Possess a minimum of five years of experience in the parts department of a car dealership. Have a strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs. Possess excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude. Have strong customer and employee relationship skills including listening and the ability to communicate effectively. Have excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task. Are able to problem solve and pay high attention to detail. Possess a Valid Driver's License (Class G). Have computer skills and understanding of technology. Will be offered a highly competitive pay package including a strong benefits and retirement program.
