The ideal candidate would possess the following skills: -Ability to inspire and lead a team through goal setting and coaching. -In depth knowledge of the internal workings of an automotive aftersales department. -Excellent interpersonal, management, and customer service skills are essential. -Advanced knowledge of automotive parts and processes. -Ability to forecast goals for sales, GP, and key expenses. Monitor Parts Department financials and adjust as required. -Advanced knowledge regarding inventory management. -Ability to fill in as a Parts Advisor as required. -Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales. -Supervisory experience an asset. -CDK experience an asset. -Superior work ethic, detail oriented and organized.
