The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a

Parts Manager

for our Kelowna Harley-Davidson dealership. We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and motivated Parts Manager to oversee the department and provide our customers with the best possible experience. As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring top-notch customer service, and leading a team that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

As the successful applicant you will:

Have previous Harley-Davidson or Powersports or Automotive experience Thorough brand knowledge Have superior customer service skills Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Be extremely organized Have exceptional multi-tasking skills Pay close attention to detail Be self-motivated
In this exciting role, you will:

Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop, wholesale accounts Establish individual parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum turnover. Set and enforces a policy on the special ordering of parts Receive and sort incoming parts and supplies Reconcile calculated inventory with physical counts Process incoming requisitions and issues or distributes parts and supplies for internal usage Maintain records of orders and the amount, item and location of parts supplies on hand using an inventory system Prepare, maintain and update purchasing files, reports and price lists Store items in an orderly and accessible manner Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies Manage and process returns Follow all Health & Safety policies
