What You'll Be Doing:
Lead & Inspire
: Oversee the Parts Department team, fostering a culture of excellence and top-tier customer service.
Optimize Inventory
: Manage stock levels with precision--ensuring availability while minimizing waste.
Strengthen Partnerships
: Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best pricing and timely deliveries.
Drive Profitability
: Oversee financials, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and cost control.
Collaborate for Success
: Work closely with Sales and Service teams to ensure seamless parts availability and operations.

Inventory & Logistics Expertise
