As Parts Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the efficiency and success of a vital business division, directly influencing operational excellence and dealer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As the Parts Manager, you will drive the performance of the parts business through strategic oversight of distribution, inventory, and dealer support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and mentor teams across warehousing, planning, inventory control, and purchasing.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in fill rates, delivery efficiency, and parts support.
  • Develop and implement stocking policies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Oversee inventory performance across company facilities and third-party logistics partners, ensuring accuracy, turnover, and reduced obsolescence.
  • Manage warehouse operations across multiple sites, including locations in Canada and the U.S.
  • Implement process improvements to maximize picking, order, and shipping accuracy.
  • Act as a strategic partner for dealers, suppliers, and internal teams, addressing escalations and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to enhance responsiveness and service levels.
  • Lead the annual parts sales budget and track performance against targets.
  • Use data-driven analysis and reporting to inform decisions that strengthen profitability and operational outcomes.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate the following:
  • 5+ years in leading warehouse, supply chain, or inventory operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Agriculture, construction, or heavy equipment industry experience is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and logistics processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Results-driven, analytical, and adept at solving complex operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams, suppliers, and dealer networks.
