Position Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling sales and parts support for multiple outdoor power equipment lines. This position requires strong product knowledge, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with parts and equipment sales inquiries in-store and over the phone Maintain a clean and well-presented showroom Set up and prepare equipment for display and customer delivery Handle incoming sales orders and parts inventory using computer systems Provide knowledgeable support to customers during busy seasons Collaborate with service and parts teams for smooth operation Occasional Saturday work during peak seasons (especially spring)

Required Qualifications:

Sales or parts experience in the power equipment or related mechanical industry

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with computers and POS systems A strong work ethic and a customer-first attitude Some mechanical knowledge is considered an asset Must be organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
