Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain an orderly department with parts stored in their proper locations for easy access Ensure that stock levels are monitored to guarantee the inventory to be just-in-time and consistent with the requirements of the Rail Service and Installation Departments Accountable for the shipping and receiving of the orders, while maintaining a record for all purchases made Assist in acting as Falcon's first-line customer relations representative for all parts needs Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year experience in a similar position within a related industry Grade 12 or equivalent Forklift operator certification required Valid driver's license with clean drivers abstract required Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with handling and unloading of heavy equipment with safety being of the upmost importance Prior chain and rigging experience is a definite asset Exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills Ability to work well under pressure with a strong attention to detail Able to deal with people tactfully and professionally at all times Strong work ethic and positive team attitude Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is an asset
