Parts Helper

to support our busy Fixed Operations Department.



This role is perfect for someone looking to start or grow their career in automotive parts. You'll work closely with our Parts Advisors and Technicians to help maintain the speed, accuracy, and strong service standards Woodbine Nissan is known for.

About the Role

The Parts Helper is an essential part of keeping our Parts & Service workflow running smoothly. Responsibilities include:


Organizing and maintaining parts inventory Receiving, verifying, stocking, and labeling incoming shipments Pulling parts for technician work orders quickly and accurately Assisting with

tire storage management

(intake, tagging, organizing, locating, and updating inventory records) Handling returns, cores, and warranty parts Maintaining a clean, organized parts area Supporting both the Parts and Service teams with daily operational tasks
This position directly supports faster turnaround times, accurate repairs, and an overall better customer experience.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:


Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Physically capable of lifting

50-100 lbs

Proactive and eager to learn Comfortable working full-time

Monday to Friday

Interested in long-term growth within the automotive industry
Automotive experience is helpful but not required -- we will train the right person.
