Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Parts Driver! As a Parts Driver, you will work with our Parts Department to pick up and deliver parts, units and equipment to customers and branches. Regular heavy lifting is required for this job.
Responsibilities:
Checking with the Parts & Service Shops every day to determine immediate parts needs.
Delivering parts to Parts & Service Shops when needed and distribute to appropriate Technicians.
Verifying that invoice match purchase orders for each pick-up.
Keeping an accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups.
Handling basic maintenance of delivery truck, including filling tank with gas, checking oil, cleaning, and performing inspections.
Advising the Parts Manager if delivery trucks need major repairs and maintenance.
Helping maintain the professional appearance of the Parts & Service Departments.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Valid drivers licesnse with a clean abstract
Excellent customer service skills
Able to work independently with little supervision
Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs without assistance
Basic computer experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5pm
