Duties

Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle to deliver parts to customers and vendors. Load and unload parts from the vehicle, ensuring all items are secured and accounted for. Navigate designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation of parts delivered. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization. Utilize equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading tasks.

Requirements

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, with familiarity in inventory management. Valid Class 3-5 driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with manual transmission . Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is preferred. Knowledge of route driving and navigation skills to ensure timely deliveries. A positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
