Lone Star Mercedes-Benz, Calgary's premier automotive dealership, is currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Parts Delivery Driver. Responsibilities:

Delivering wholesale parts and accessories to wholesale customers Offering appropriate advice on parts or accessories to wholesale customer inquiries during delivery Handling minor customer complaints and/or misunderstandings tactfully, promptly and with genuine concern for the customer's problem Ensuring customer information on file is accurate and update as necessary Presenting invoices during parts delivery and collecting payment from wholesale customers on COD Verifying orders being picked up to ensure correct part numbers, quantities and no damage Operating the delivery vehicle in a safe manner at all times, obeying all rules of the road, and follow all appropriate company policies and procedures Loading and unloading products in a safe manner, using provided tools as appropriate Complete all necessary paperwork at the end of the shift Performing other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

High school education or equivalent required Valid Class 5 Driver's License Clean Driver's Abstract Minimum 3 years Customer Service experience Mercedes-Benz product knowledge is an asset Professional demeanor under stressful situations Excellent organization and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail Team player who has the ability to work independently Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base. Confident working under pressure and able to prioritize work load
