Responsibilities

Assist customers with automotive diagnostics and provide recommendations for vehicle parts and accessories Manage sales transactions using POS systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, assist in stocking shelves and assisting with order fulfillment Engage in effective communication with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Support marketing initiatives by promoting products and services to enhance sales performance. Uphold store standards of cleanliness and organization within the retail space, including stocking merchandise effectively. Collaborate with team members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in automotive parts or service, with knowledge of automotive diagnostics preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving sales goals in a retail environment. Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently and maintain accurate records. Proficient in retail math and capable of performing basic mathematical calculations related to sales transactions. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact professionally with customers and team members alike. Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
