CARSTAR Manitoba is hiring! We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our dynamic team as a parts coordinator!

The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for assisting and managing the day-to-day operations of receiving, organizing, and distributing parts. This individual will be responsible for assisting the store managers and techs with keeping performance and productivity within the store at an exemplary level.

Duties:

Parts:

Receive parts and match individual parts to what is on the invoice. Label all parts. Keep the parts department organized and clean. Distribute parts to technicians accord to jobs coming into the shops. Coordinate parts for returns to vendors.

Closing the shop in the evening:

Moving in vehicles. Organizing the shop to accommodate a successful production day. Taking out garbage/keeping up with good housekeeping practices.

Detailing Vehicles:

Backup detailer when lead detailer is unavailable Prewashing vehicles for estimates/repairs. Complete interior and exterior detailing of vehicles for customers. Ensuring the detail bay is fully stocked with necessary cleaning supplies. Ensuring all safety regulations are followed. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Grade 12 education Experience in the auto body industry an asset Class 5 Drivers license Able to drive Manual Transmission Vehicles Able to be standing, walking, crouching, and bending for extended periods

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
