to manage spare parts, tools, and materials for our dairy production facility. This role ensures critical equipment -- including milk, paneer, and ghee processing lines -- always has the right parts available to minimize downtime and support smooth, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain spare parts inventory for all maintenance activities.
Ensure parts availability for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Receive, inspect, label, and store parts following food safety and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement and delivery.
Track and record all transactions in CMMS/ERP systems.
Monitor critical spares and adjust stock levels based on usage trends.
Keep the maintenance store clean, organized, and audit ready.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
2-4 years of experience in a maintenance stores or parts coordination role, ideally in a
dairy or food manufacturing plant
.
Working knowledge of dairy processing and packaging equipment.
Experience with CMMS or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tools.
