Job Summary:

The Parts Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily parts operations of the shop, including ordering, receiving, organizing, and distributing parts and tires to technicians. This role ensures that repairs can be completed efficiently by providing accurate parts support and maintaining well-organized inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with ordering automotive parts, tires, and shop supplies from approved vendors. Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy, quality, and damage. Process returns, cores, and warranty claims with vendors. Track backorders and communicate delays to service advisors and technicians.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive parts, tire shops, or warehouse coordination preferred. Basic knowledge of automotive components and tire types. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Comfortable using computer-based parts lookup and shop software. Ability to lift and carry tires, boxes, and heavy items safely. Valid driver's license. Proficient in English, both verbal and written. Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Physical and Legal Requirements:

Applicants should be able to lift over 50 lbs. comfortably, pass a drug and alcohol test, and provide a clean 5-year driving abstract (minor infractions acceptable). A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
