Job Description

Our Canadian client is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of engineered systems, and they are looking for a Parts Coordinator to support their Edmonton branch, reporting to the Service and Parts Manager. If you are looking for a career, not just a job, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and schedule service jobs for field technicians
• Assign jobs to service technicians
• Source parts and equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers
• Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customer accounts
• Prepare service quotes for equipment service
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Participate in training programs as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HVAC, heating, ventilation industry, retail sales or technical related field would be well regarded
• A trade or technical designation, CET, or RET certification would be an asset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
