We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in working with our suppliers and customer, ensuring accurate record keeping and organization. This position requires basic equipment parts knowledge and attention to detail.
Duties
Source and order parts from multitude of vendors and control PO system.
Manage inventory and shop supplies.
Utilize software for PO, inventory, and billing processes.
Coordinate and communicate with customers on updates on their equipment when needed.
Create PO#s and manage receiving procedures. .
Provide excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients regarding inquiries.
Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing procedures and improve efficiency.
Assist in follow up for customer satisfaction.
Experience
Proven experience in parts sales or working in a shop setting.
Strong understanding of heavy duty parts is required.
Proficiency in software, and other computer programs.
Mechanical knowledge is a huge asset.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members.
