ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the
After-Sales Manager
, the
Parts Clerk
will be responsible for maintaining inventory, stocking, and issuing parts and supplies to both internal and external customers. This position requires a highly organized, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
SPECIFIC RESPONSABILITIES
Be a 1st line support for parts sales; on the phone or at the parts counter
Enter receipt and distribution of parts in the computer system
Conduct periodic physical inventory to assure proper availability of required stock, replenish stock as shipments arrive
Issue replacement parts to customers
Issue replacement parts to mechanics (internally)
Assemble and fill orders as requested
Check parts catalogue for proper part identification
Fill out all vendor, customer and supplier documentation
Coordinate transfer of parts to other branches
REQUIREMENTS
Education, experience, and skills required
High school diploma or equivalent e
Other combinations of work/education equivalence may be considered.
Knowledge of parts and heavy equipment
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Good computer and systems knowledge
Ability to work in an environment of changing priorities.
Ability to work 40 + hours per week, availability evenings and weekends

commis aux pieces
sera responsable de gerer l'inventaire, de placer les commandes et de fournir les pieces et fournitures aux clients internes et externes. Ce poste s'adresse a une personne organisee, orientee vers le service a la clientele et capable d'evoluer dans un environnement dynamique et en constante evolution.
RESPONSABILITES SPECIFIQUE
Assurer un soutien de premiere ligne pour les ventes de pieces, par telephone ou au comptoir des pieces.
Entrer la reception et la distribution des pieces dans le systeme informatique.
Effectuer des inventaires physiques periodiques afin de s'assurer de la bonne disponibilite du stock requis et reapprovisionner le stock a mesure que les livraisons arrivent.
Livraisons des pieces de rechange aux clients
Livraisons des pieces de rechange aux mecaniciens (en interne)
Assembler et remplir les commandes selon les besoins
Verifier le catalogue des pieces pour une identification correcte des pieces
Remplir tous les documents relatifs aux fournisseurs et aux clients.
Coordonner le transfert des pieces a d'autres succursales
EXIGENCES
Formation, experience et competences requises
Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou experience equivalente
D'autres combinaisons d'equivalence travail/education peuvent etre considerees.
Connaissance des pieces et de l'equipement lourd
Excellentes competences en matiere de relations interpersonnelles
Bonne connaissance des ordinateurs et des systemes
Capacite a travailler dans un environnement ou les priorites changent.
Capacite a travailler 40 + heures par semaine, disponibilite les soirs et les week-ends
