Job Description

We are looking to add a full time Parts Clerk to our ever growing business! We are looking for a motivated individual who loves a challenge, problem solving and working as part of a team.

Duties will include:

-Advise customers in person, over the phone and on-line in a timely manner about our parts and accessories

-Work with technicians, making sure their parts needs are being met.

-Sourcing specific parts; both OEM and after-market.

- Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies, process parts orders accurately and efficiently.

- Identify, label and catalogue items received

-Collaborate with staff to ensure timely delivery of parts

-Creating, completing and checking work orders

-Data entry and inventory management

-Collect and post payments (debit, credit cards, cash)

-Estimate inventory needs with consideration given to factors such as season, units sold, turnover rates, customer needs, etc.

Qualifications:

-Good organizational skills

-Dependable and punctual

-Effective communication skills

-Customer Service experience is an asset

-Ability to lift up to 20kg (45lb)

-Computer skills

-Good time management skills

-Attention to detail

-First Aid/WHIMIS (training available)

-Fork lift operator certificate, is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.70-$24.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
