About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Parts Manager, we are looking for a Parts Clerk to join our team at our Mississauga location. This role is responsible for ensuring our service shop always has the parts needed to get our clients trailers moving.

Role Responsibilities

Provide a quote OR the available parts needed to the service shop technicians in a timely manner to complete trailer repairs Answer phones and emails for customer inquires about parts Answers all calls from mobile service team, inter-branching parts to service trucks Order items for the shop locally through approved Vendors Complete regular housekeeping on the main parts area Shipping and Receiving Duties as required Cycle counting as required Other parts department duties as required

What we are looking for:

2+ years of Verifable Parts Dept Experience, preferably in the truck-trailer industry Strong computer skills, standard math skills Positive attitude with good customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 - 75lbs Strong communication skills are required Required to always wear CSA approved safety footwear Team Oriented individual Forklift experience is an asset Valid G License required
