Job Description
We are currently assisting one of our clients in the agriculture and distribution sector, based in Saint-R\xc3\xa9mi, in their search for a Warehouse Clerk. If you want to play a key role in managing essential parts for the smooth operation of their business, join us for this opportunity!
The responsibilities of this role include:
1. Maintain the warehouse, manage inventory, and provide access to parts based on established parameters:
- Create, identify, locate, and input part parameters into the system and place them on shelves.
- Create new sections and categorize parts accordingly.
- Maintain required inventory levels for parts and initiate purchase requests as needed.
- Physically receive materials and follow up in case of receiving errors.
- Electronically receive goods in the system (receipt acknowledgment).
- Send the packing list and receipt acknowledgment to the accounting department.
- Provide support in the procurement of parts as needed.
- Match computer-recorded inventories with manually counted stock items.
- Validate stock levels as materials, equipment, and other items are circulated using a computerized system.
- Manage stock turnover and create a list of expired stock items.
- Provide support to immediate supervisor in various tasks.
