Job Title: Parts Associate (Tractor Dealership)Job Summary

The Parts Associate is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians with identifying, ordering, and supplying parts for tractors and agricultural equipment. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting service operations, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers with parts inquiries and purchases Identify correct parts using parts catalogs, diagrams, and computer systems Support service technicians by pulling and issuing parts for repair jobs Order parts from manufacturers and vendors and track shipments Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts accurately Maintain organized and accurate inventory records Process sales transactions, returns, and warranties Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge Follow dealership policies and safety procedures
Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual and asset Previous parts, automotive, agricultural, or equipment experience preferred Knowledge of tractors, agricultural equipment, or mechanical components is a plus Strong computer and data entry skills Ability to read parts diagrams and manuals Good communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
Work Environment

Indoor parts counter and warehouse setting Some outdoor work may be required Full-time position with occasional overtime during peak seasons
