Parts Assistant
role.
In this role, you'll support our Parts team with a wide range of responsibilities--from assisting with inventory and deliveries to providing hands-on support with orders, storage, and organization. Key Responsibilities:
Assist Parts Manager with daily tasks and customer service needs.
Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients in person, by telephone or via email to encourage continued business.
Deliver and pick up parts from dealerships, suppliers, and service locations in a safe and timely manner.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and stocking parts, verifying accuracy and condition of orders.
Maintain organization of inventory and ensure stock levels are updated and controlled.
Prepare and stage parts for service jobs (pre-picking) to minimize technician downtime.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment in the parts department, storage areas, and company vehicle.
Work as part of a team and support cross-department collaboration.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (post secondary preferred but not required).
Valid Driver's License with clean Driving Abstract required.
Technical knowledge an asset.
Previous parts work or automotive work an asset.
Certificate of Good Conduct required.
Applicants must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to St. John's, NL.

Emergency Response: should be prepared to respond to emergencies, including knowing how to use emergency equipment and how to safely evacuate the premises if necessary.
