We specialize in commercial, industrial and maintenance projects throughout the Maritime provinces.

We are currently looking to hire our next great team members for the position of Parts and Service Coordinator located at our Charlottetown location.

Position Overview:

The Parts and service coordinator is responsible for overseeing the parts department's operations, ensuring efficient and profitable management of parts inventory and staff. This role involves coordinating daily activities, managing inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service while contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Responsibilities:



Support functions of the parts department as needed, which includes assisting customers and technicians obtain parts and handling shipping and receiving Monitor inventory levels of parts on hand and adjust quantities stocked as demand changes Look-up pricing and availability of parts requested by internal departments Create and manage customer repair work orders, ensuring accurate documentation, communication and preparing estimates Opening and closing internal maintenance work orders Assist mechanics and customers source parts through appropriate software, locally or through various means Perform service writing duties, including gathering repair information, and coordinating with technicians Ensure all parts are accurately labeled and organized in designated bin locations to support optimal inventory management and workflow efficiency. Other duties as required

Skills Required:



Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience leading a parts or service department Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including conflict resolution Ability to operate a forklift - certification and training provided, if needed Knowledge of aerial and material handling parts preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
