Job Overview

Ant Rentals Ltd. is seeking a Parts and Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting our Service Department through effective parts management, supplier warranty coordination. The ideal candidate has heavy equipment or automotive mechanic background, strong bilingual communication (Mandarin & English) skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Source, order, and track parts and supplies for equipment repairs and maintenance. Manage supplier warranty claims, including documentation, follow-up, and replacements. Coordinate service work orders, scheduling, and technician assignments. Maintain accurate inventory and records in the ERP/service system. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely updates. Support billing and reporting by ensuring accurate parts and service data entry. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships locally and internationally.

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in mechanic heavy equipment or automotive industry preferred. Strong understanding of supplier warranty processes and documentation. Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written). Able to travel internationally for supplier meetings or training. Proficient with MS Office and ERP/service management systems (e.g., Texada, Fleetio, etc.). Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
