Parts and Service Administrator

Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, the Parts and Service Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Shop by ensuring parts are received, sorted and tracked in a timely fashion.

About the position:

• Ordering, receiving, tracking, and maintaining parts inventory through our TMT maintenance system
• Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe parts area
• Producing and processing purchase orders and all relevant paperwork and invoices
• Processing stock orders

What you bring:

• 1-year previous parts and purchasing experience required
• Courses or formal training related to transportation parts and inventory an asset
• Shipping/receiving experience would be an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of database programs
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Safety conscious approach to all job duties
