About the Role

The Parts Advisor provides exceptional customer service by accurately identifying and supplying the correct parts, offering expert advice, and ensuring every customer enjoys a premium experience. You'll work closely with customers, technicians, and other dealership staff to maintain smooth operations and support our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in a professional, courteous manner. Identify and source required parts accurately using available data and tools. Provide pricing, delivery times, and repair/maintenance recommendations. Maintain detailed and accurate records for parts orders, inventory, and documentation. Keep work areas organized, clean, and professional. Stay current with product knowledge, dealership promotions, and manufacturer programs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive parts or a related role preferred. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and computer proficient. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. High school diploma required; post-secondary education or technical training is an asset. Solid understanding of automotive systems and mechanical fundamentals.
