As a Parts Advisor at our Capital Hyundai location, you will focus on delivering exceptional service while creating and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. That's why we are looking for a proactive self-starter that is able to multi-task in a fast-paced, professional environment. The primary function of the position is to assist with the efficient and profitable ordering, stocking, and sale of automotive parts.

A day in the life...

Assisting customers with specifications and ordering of parts, as well as arranging pickup of ordered parts. Communicating proficiently with customers and management to report any problems or delays regarding parts deliveries. Interacting with the Service and Sales departments to ensure smooth delivery of parts. Providing quotes and parts to Technicians as well as various body shops when needed. Assisting with inventory/warehouse control. Receiving/shipping of ordered inventory. Receiving payment from retail customers when necessary. General housekeeping of department. Additional responsibilities as assigned, subject to periodic adjustments to align with company objectives.

What You Bring To CAG...

Have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat and lift up to 60lbs may be required. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Experience with CDK or Reynolds Dealer Management systems is an asset. Basic technological and mechanical knowledge of how a vehicle operates. Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a stressful environment. Excellent attendance is a must and consistently arrives to work on time. Ensuring safety policies, standards, and procedures are followed to achieve a safe work environment and safety for all staff, customers, and vendors.

What We Require From You...

High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ years' Parts experience is an asset. Valid Class 5 Drivers License with a Driver's Abstract. Record of Conduct

Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
