Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts for their vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, providing product information, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked and organized
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts to technicians
- Process customer orders, including invoicing and payment collection
- Stay up-to-date on the latest market trends and product knowledge to better assist customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive repair or parts sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory management and data analysis
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of sales management techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
- Experience in retail sales with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
- Basic math skills for pricing calculations and inventory tracking
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements
