The Nitty-Gritty of What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

• Processing part orders in a fast, courteous, and professional manner.
• List and price out parts on repair orders and/or counter tickets.
• Write purchase orders for parts, update records and customer files.
• Maintain warranty and special parts inventory.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and put away loose stock.
• Help maintain parts catalogues, price schedules and other bulletins.
• Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate services.

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we\'re looking for:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Receiving, Purchasing or Office Management would be an asset.
• Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers.
• Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License upon employment.
• A passion for automobiles and accessories.
• Has the knowledge and know-how around parts and computer software systems.
• You\'re customer driven and bring an outgoing personality - in-person and over the phone.
• You\'ve got a keen eye for detail - ensuring all paperwork and reports are accurate and fully completed.
