What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for customers and technicians looking for the right parts and accessories. Every day is different, but you can expect to,

• Help retail customers and service technicians find and order the right parts
• Process orders, verify pricing, and provide accurate parts information
• Track special orders and follow up with customers and suppliers
• Merchandise parts and maintain clean, organized shelves and displays
• Handle shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counts
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and service partners
• Ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked parts department
• Support your team by covering shifts when needed and assisting with admin tasks

What You Bring

• Strong customer service skills and a team-first attitude
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive/RV parts (asset but not required)
• Previous experience in retail parts or inventory (asset but not required)
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and keep a warehouse organized
• Flexibility to work weekends
• A genuine passion for camping, road trips, or the great outdoors is a big plus!

Compensation

• Wage: $20-$24/hour, depending on experience
• Full benefits package and employee perks
