Parts Advisor

to join our team and support our busy Parts Department.

Position Summary

The Parts Advisor is responsible for assisting technicians, customers, and internal departments with identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct automotive parts. This role requires strong automotive knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers and technicians in identifying and selecting appropriate parts and accessories Process parts orders, returns, and warranty claims Maintain accurate inventory levels and participate in stock management Provide quotes, price checks, and parts availability information Ensure parts displays and storage areas remain organized and presentable Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and other dealership staff Maintain detailed records using dealership systems and manufacturer catalogs Follow all dealership and manufacturer policies, safety guidelines, and procedures

Required Qualifications

Automotive parts experience

Strong knowledge of automotive components and terminology Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59,000.00-$74,000.00 per year
