Job Duties:Aid customers in part selection with top-quality service. Manage phone inquiries, provide quotes, and take orders. Ensure consistent order follow-up and accurate paperwork. Process retail payments and promptly address customer concerns. Organize and stock items, maintaining inventory and safety. Collaborate within the team, assisting with various tasks. Maintain a high Customer Service Index with the Service department. Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager

Successful Candidates Possess:

Retail and/or automotive experience. Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry light to heavy loads. Experience using CDK considered an asset Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude Strong verbal communication and writing skills Organized with a strong attention to detail Ability to follow set and standard procedures Basic computer skills and a comfort with learning new software and systems Must have a G Class Driver's License and clean drivers abstract Strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs
