With five locations in Prince Albert, Meadow Lake, Melfort, Tisdale, and Saskatoon, TUPG is Saskatchewan's number one source for automotive/ heavy duty parts, autobody supplies, and vehicle accessories. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual for our rapidly growing team of parts professionals in Meadow Lake.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in identifying their automotive Parts requirements Provide detailed information and recommendations on automotive parts including availability, compatibility, and pricing Utilize electronic and physical parts catalogs to accurately identify and locate the required parts Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner Collaborate with the store team to ensure an organized and efficient parts department Stay updated on new automotive parts and technologies through continuous learning and training
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor or in a similar role Strong knowledge of automotive parts, including their function and applications Familiarity with electronic parts catalogs and inventory management systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and provide solutions Strong attention to detail and accuracy handling inventory and transactions Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
