Join the Family today, the Dilawri Lifestyle is waiting for you!Dilawri life is full of excitement, for a glimpse into the road ahead.Mercedes-Benz Langley is currently looking to fill a position of a Parts Advisor.Essential Duties:xc2xb7 Assist retail and wholesale customers in ordering partsxc2xb7 Maintain parts inventory and availabilityxc2xb7 Determine replacement parts by inspecting old parts or listening to customers descriptions of the parts.xc2xb7 Advice customers on substitution or modification of parts when exact replacement is not available.xc2xb7 Prepare sales slips or sales invoices.xc2xb7 Examine returned parts for defects.xc2xb7 Exchange defective parts or refund money.xc2xb7 Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.xc2xb7 Mark and store parts in stockroom according to prearranged system.xc2xb7 Communicate with people from outside the organization.xc2xb7 Sell parts and accessoriesxc2xb7 Provide advice and consultation to customers with regards to parts.xc2xb7 Purchase replacement parts as required.xc2xb7 Greet customers in a courteous manner.xc2xb7 Maintain workstation and parts department area in a clean and orderly manner.xc2xb7 Complete assigned tasks on time.xc2xb7 Other related duties as assigned by management.Advantages of the Dilawri Lifestyle:
